Description of Changes The Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is transferring the production tools of components of the part numbers listed below from Tullahoma, TN, USA to a TE externally approved supplier in Arden, NC, USA. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. TE reserves the right in the future to move the tool(s) back to a TE ICT manufacturing location and/or a TE externally approved supplier, as needed. In case of subsequent transfer of these production tool(s) a PCN will be sent out. A Level IV PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or e-PPAP system. Submissions will not occur without request. If PPAP is requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved. Reason for Changes: Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. This change is necessary to better meet our Customer's demand needs. IMPORTANT: The change will not impact fit, form or function.
