Features & Applications
Sullins offers 2 mm contact center female headers.  Available in 1 or 2 rows, in lengths of 2 to 40 contacts per row, depending on termination style and number of rows. 

Sullins manufactures headers for use in SMT or dip solder applications, in straight or right angle contact terminations.  Parts offered are common industry sizes. 

Standard material for housing is manufactured in Polyester for straight or right angle contact terminations.  We also offer in Nylon 6-T for SMT or any application that requires longer processing time.  Contact material used is Phosphor Bronze.  Plating options used is overall gold flash that meet Rohs compliant standards. 

Part can be used in applications that require 1 Amp Current Rating with operating temperatures that can range from -40oC to +105oC.

NPPN041BFLD-M81RC is a 4 position, single row, SMT, pin 1 right, bottom entry female header.  Insulator material Nylon 6-T used in applications that require processing temperature 230oC, for 30-60 seconds or 260oC, for 10 seconds maximum.  Contacts are 0.50 mm x 0.20 mm, plated with gold flash overall.  Insulator height 4.60 mm with tails measured from tip-to-tip 4.0 mm.  M81 modification calls out for tape& reel packaging with pick and place pad.
