IMPORTANT: Product from the new location will be the same as the current location and does not impact product performance. General Description of Changes: The Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is transferring component(s) of the following part number(s) from State Industrial Tucson AZ, USA to Global Hi-Tek Guangdong China. These PNs are customer restricted designs and require customer approval before shipment. Please provide us with your immediate approval to prevent shipment delays. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved.Reason for Changes: Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. This change is necessary for TE supplier consolidation. The change will not impact connector performance. IMPORTANT: The current and previous revisions of these parts can be used interchangeably in the field. The change(s) are being phased in gradually and previous revision can remain stocked until use. Shipments of both configurations may be mixed.
General Description of Changes: The Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is standardizing the DT integrated resistor receptacle housings and caps to snap geometry (without latch protection for the PE01 mod). This change ensures a cohesive product with consistent aesthetics across the product line as their housings and caps will migrate from our ultrasonic welding geometry to our snap geometry for the part number(s) listed below. This geometry migration will result in an increase of 0.064 inches on the 3P plugs and receptacles, the 2P receptacles will keep their dimensions. The color of the cap change to black can be referenced through PCN-23-192205. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved. Product drawings are affected.Reason for Changes: Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. The change is necessary to standardize the design of our integrated component connectors (resistors) to the snap-cap style. The change does not impact performance. IMPORTANT: The current and previous revisions of these parts can be used interchangeably in the field. The change(s) are being phased in gradually and previous revision can remain stocked until use. Shipments of both configurations may be mixed.
