The SY89831UMG is a Part of SY89831U Series, 3.6 V, 2 GHz Ultra-Precision 1:4 LVPECL Fanout Buffer / Translator. It is optimized for ultra-low skew applications, within device skew is guaranteed to be less than 20 ps (5 ps typ.) over supply voltage and temperature. 

It comes in a Package of MLF-16 and its operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C.
