The 1N5817 thru 1N5819 series of Schottky barrier rectifiers are made for use in low voltage high frequency inverters, free-wheeling, dc-to-dc converters, and polarity protection applications and is offered in the DO-41 package. 1N5817 thru 1N5819 series has a very small conduction losses, is extremely fast switching and has a low forward voltage drop.
The 1N5819-E3/54 is a lead free, RoHS complaint Schottky barrier rectifier with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40 V, a Maximum RMS voltage of 28 V and a Maximum DC blocking voltage of 40 V.
