The HIN202CBNZ is a two RS-232 driver transmitter and receiver IC with 0.1 microfarad external capacitor, available in 16 pin SOIC package.

This device feature true TTL/CMOS input compatibility, slew rate-limited output, and 300 Ω power-off source impedance. It can handle up to ±30 V input, and have a 3 kΩ to 7 kΩ input impedance.
