We fully accept that in pursuing our business objectives, harm can inadvertently occur - and therefore we have an obligation to mindfully, continuously test, correct, and improve our behaviours and decisions. Human Rights Policy Purpose This policy ensures that Future Electronics upholds and respects the human rights of all individuals affected by our operations, in accordance with applicable law and internationally recognized standards. It should be read alongside:

Scope This policy applies to all staff, including permanent, temporary, and contract workers, consultants, interns, agency staff, secondees, and volunteers, across all regions where Future Electronics operates. It also extends to:
• Suppliers, subcontractors, distributors, and business partners• Visitors and customers on our premises• Individuals and communities directly affected by our operations or supply chain

We seek to implement this commitment through policies and practices appropriate to the nature and scale of our business, including with respect to our operations and supply chain.

Our suppliers and business partners We expect all suppliers and partners to uphold equivalent human rights standards, as outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct, which addresses:
• Labour standards and working conditions• Ethical business conduct• Environmental protection
We take a risk-based approach to promoting compliance with these standards, which may include supplier assessments, engagement, and, where appropriate, corrective actions. In cases of significant or persistent non-compliance, we may take appropriate measures, including reconsidering the business relationship.
Our communities We respect the rights of people and communities affected by our operations and aim to:

By embedding these principles into our corporate culture, governance, and operations, we reaffirm our commitment to conducting business ethically, responsibly, and in respect of human rights.
Reporting and Grievance Mechanisms Employees, contractors, and stakeholders are encouraged to report any human rights concerns or suspected violations in good faith via the Business Integrity Portal where it is available. Concerns can also be reported to the applicable manager, the regional Human Resources teams, or the Future Legal Department.
All reports are handled confidentially, respectfully, and without retaliation. Any form of reprisal against those who report concerns or assist investigations in good faith is strictly prohibited. Future Electronics will follow a clear process:
1. Alleged breaches are treated with confidentiality and fairness.2. Where possible, issues are resolved informally.3. Findings from investigations may lead to disciplinary action or corrective measures.4. Deliberately false or malicious reports will be addressed under the Future Electronics Disciplinary Policy
Monitoring and Continuous Improvement The Human Resources department will:
• Maintain records of reported breaches• Review outcomes to identify systemic issues and improvement areas• Ensure local policies/ references are aligned to the Global Human Rights Policy• Periodically report human rights performance to the Executive Leadership Team
Your Responsibilities Every employee, supplier, and business partner is expected to uphold this policy and report any actual or suspected human rights abuses. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary or contractual action, including termination of employment or business relationships.
Review This policy will be reviewed every year, or earlier if required by changes in law, operations, or international standards, to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.
The review process will be led by our Global VP-HR and must be attended virtually or in person by at least one HR representative from each region. Relevant internal stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, and other functions, will be consulted as appropriate.

• Regulatory Changes: Ensuring compliance with new laws.• Supply Chain Impact: Re-evaluating supplier codes of conduct/auditing high-risk areas.• Grievance Mechanisms: Analysing the effectiveness of our Business Integrity Line and other reporting methods.
