AP62600 Synchronous Buck Converter

The AP62600 is a 6A, synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. The device fully integrates a 36mΩ highside power MOSFET and a 14mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion.

The AP62600 device is easily used by minimizing the external component count due to its adoption of Constant On-Time (COT) control to achieve fast transient response, easy loop stabilization, and low output voltage ripple.

The AP62600 design is optimized for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) reduction. The device has a proprietary gate driver scheme to resist switching node ringing without sacrificing MOSFET turn-on and turn-off times, which reduces high-frequency radiated EMI noise caused by MOSFET switching. AP63200 Series Synchronous Buck Converter

The AP63200/AP63201/AP63203/AP63205 is a 2A, synchronous buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 3.8V to 32V and fully integrates a 125mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 68mΩ lowside power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC/DC conversion.

The AP63200/AP63201/AP63203/AP63205 device is easily used by minimizing the external component count due to its adoption of peak current mode control along with its integrated compensation network.

AP6502 Synchronous Buck Converter

The AP6502 is a 340kHz switching frequency external compensated synchronous DC/DC buck converter. It has integrated low RDS(ON) high and low side MOSFETs.

AP65450 Synchronous Buck Converter

The AP65450 is an adaptive on-time mode synchronous buck converter providing high efficiency, excellent transient response and high DC output accuracy for low-voltage regulation in digital TV and monitor.

The constant-on-time control scheme handles wide input/output voltage ratios and provides low external component count. The internal proprietary circuit enables the device to adopt both low equivalent series resistance (ESR) output capacitors, such as SP-CAP or POSCAP and ultra-low ESR ceramic capacitors.

The adaptive on-time control supports seamless transition between continuous conduction mode (CCM) at higher load conditions and discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) at lighter load conditions. DCM allows AP65450 maintain high efficiency at light load conditions. The AP65450 also features programmable softstart, UVLO, OTP and OCP to protect the circuit.
