Integrated brushless motor control

The ATA6847 and ATA6847L deliver efficient 3-phase brushless motor control with built-in diagnostics, protection, and LIN communication. Supporting 3 V-42 V supply and full PWM duty-cycle, these SBCs enable reliable high-side/low-side switching. Multiple operational modes and ultra-low sleep currents optimize power usage in automotive and industrial applications.
