The Panasonic Industry TDC Series POSCAP™ Polymer Tantalum Capacitors are designed for applications that require extreme temperature tolerance and long-term reliability. With endurance up to 1,000 hours at 125°C and a wide capacitance range of 15 µF to 150 µF, these capacitors are ideal for servers, base stations, industrial equipment, and other demanding applications.
The expanded TDC Series now includes parts in the D3L case size, offering even greater flexibility for modern PCB designs. Utilizing a sintered tantalum anode and Panasonic Industry’s proprietary high-conductivity polymer cathode, the TDC Series provides excellent performance in compact packages while ensuring high volumetric efficiency.
POSCAP™ Capacitors
The TDC Series is part of Panasonic Industry’s POSCAP™ line of solid electrolyte chip capacitors, known for stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature, along with low ESR and ESL. Their high reliability and heat resistance make them excellent for digital and high-frequency applications.
