The ROHM BD9V100MUF-C is a current mode synchronous buck converter that integrates high voltage rating POWER MOSFETs and signature Nano Pulse Control™ technology. These devices offer a wide input range from 16V to 60V and short minimum pulse width of only 20ns.

This converter is specifically designed for automotive applications, and it’s capable of performing direct conversion from a 48V battery to 3.3V at a blazing-fast 2.1MHz using Nano Pulse Control™ technology.
