High-efficiency, secure, and versatile microcontrollers for mission-critical applications

STMicroelectronics’ STM32U375/385 Series of Microcontrollers delivers an optimal combination of low power, high performance, and robust security for embedded applications. Built on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core, these MCUs feature 256 Kbytes of RAM and 1 Mbyte of flash dual bank memory. The series supports FDCAN and I3C IP and is available in nine packages ranging from 32 to 100 pins, including UFQFPN, WLCSP, LQFP, and UFBGA.

Enhanced cryptography functions include hardware protection via the coupling and chaining bridge (CCB), a public key accelerator (PKA) for faster cryptographic operations, and a hardware unique key (HUK) for encryption, decryption, and key generation. STM32Cube support further simplifies development and deployment.
