The VOM1271 is a stand-alone optically isolated MOSFET driver that powers its internal circuitry directly from the input LED, eliminating the need for external supply rails. Designed for demanding automotive environments, the VODA1275 is an AEC-Q102 qualified optically isolated MOSFET driver with a typical 20 V open-circuit output and up to 5300 VRMS isolation.
