The SA110CA-E3/54 is a part of SA110 series Bi-Directional TVS Diodes, having an operating temperature ranging from -55 °C to +175 °C, 196 V of clamping voltage and in DO-204AC Package Style. These diodes are used in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs.
