The 1N5820 thru 1N5822 series of 3.0 A Schottky barrier rectifiers have a voltage range of 20 to 40 V and are best used for use as rectifiers in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free wheeling diodes, and polarity protection diodes. The 1N5820 thru 1N5822 series is offered in the DO-201AD package.
The 1N5822G is a lead free RoHS compliant Schottky barrier rectifier with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40 V, a non-repetitive peak reverse voltage of 48 V and a RMS reverse voltage of 28 V.
