Evaluation board for low voltage motor drives featuring CoolGaN™ Transistor 100 V G3 and matching gate driver

EVAL_MTR_48V20A_GaN is a complete evaluation board for FOC motor drive applications. It integrates six CoolGaN™ Transistors 100 V G3 in half bridge configuration, each driven by the TDI EiceDRIVER™ 1EDN7126G. Three in phase XENSIV™ TLI4971 magnetic current sensors provide accurate phase current measurements at any switching frequency.

Half bridge evaluation board with CoolGaN™ Transistor 100 V G3 and matching gate driver

EVAL_7136U_100V_GANC enables comprehensive general purpose evaluation of the CoolGaN™ Transistor 100 V G3 IGC033S10S1 together with the dedicated TDI EiceDRIVER™ 1EDN7136U gate driver. With very low 2.4 mΩ on state resistance, the GaN transistors are ideal for demanding high voltage and high current applications. The board supports buck, boost, and double pulse testing.

Evaluation board for low voltage and high power motor drive solutions with CoolGaN™ Transistors 80 V G3 and matching gate driver

This board is designed for high current FOC motor drive applications. It includes eight CoolGaN™ Transistors 80 V G3 in parallel per half bridge side, driven by the EiceDRIVER™ 1EDN7116U. Three in phase XENSIV™ TLE4972 magnetic current sensors deliver precise phase current measurement across switching frequencies.
