KYOCERA AVX — KGP Series Stacked MLCCs with High Capacitance and Low ESR/ESL

KYOCERA AVX

KYOCERA AVX KGP Series Stacked MLCCs with High Capacitance and Low ESR/ESL

High-performance, lead-free stacked ceramic capacitors optimized for miniaturization, durability, and high-frequency operation

KYOCERA AVX’s KGP Series stacked multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) provide higher capacitance in the same mounting area as traditional capacitors, supporting modern miniaturization trends. Manufactured without lead or cadmium, these capacitors also address sustainability requirements while ensuring standards compliance.

The series features metal lead frames that absorb heat and mechanical stress, delivering long-term stability and durability. With low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and inductance (ESL), KGP Series MLCCs minimize noise and enhance performance in high-frequency applications. They are available in five EIA case sizes, multiple stack configurations, and three dielectric types (C0G, X7R, X7T) to cover a wide range of operating voltages and capacitance values.

Thoroughly tested for capacitance, insulation, thermal cycling, bending, and vibration resistance, KGP Series MLCCs are suitable for demanding applications across industrial control, alternative energy, EV, and downhole oil and gas sectors.
