The BD6231F-E2 is a Part of BD623 Series 32 V 1 A surface mount H-Bridge drivers for DC Brush Motor applications available in SOP-8 Package.Each IC can opperate at a range of power supply voltage from 3 V to 36 V supporting output currents of upto 2 A.

- Built -in, selectable one channel or two channels configuration
- Low standby current
- Supports PWM control signal input (20 KHz to 100 KHz)
- VREF Voltage setting pin enables PWM duty control
- Cross-conduction prevention circuit
- Four protection circuits provided: OCP, OVP, TSD and UVLO
