The MIC5259-2.5YD5 TR is a 300 mA high PSRR, low noise, CMOS voltage regulator optimized for low-noise application, available in surface mount TSOT-23-5 package.

This device is specifically designed for handheld and battery-powered devices and it provides a TTL-logic-compatible enable pin. The key features include current limit, thermal shutdown, faster transient response, and an active clamp to speed up device turn-off.
