Description of the Change:Due to supplier shortages for several components, Littelfuse will be moving business to a new supplier to assure the business continuity and avoid any supply chain interruption. This will also result in a new material being used for some molded parts on the finished goods.Reason for The Change:Improve our performance as a supplier and maintain business continuity.
Description of the Change: Due to supplier increases in lead-time and cost which are affecting the supply chain causing shortages in components, Littelfuse will be sourcing a new supplier to ensure business continuity and avoid supply chain disruptions. There will be no change in fit, form or function of the finished good P/Ns. Reason for The Change: Due a few challenges we have faced with our current supplier, Littelfuse will be moving business to a new supplier.
