The MIC38C45-1YM is a BiCMOS, fixed frequency, high performance, current-mode PWM controller, available in surface mount SOIC-14 package.

This device is pin compatible with 384x bipolar devices but feature several improvements. The undervoltage lockout circuitry allows the MIC38C45 to start up at 8.4 V with operation down to 7.6 V.
