The NCV78M05BDTRKG is a part of NCV78M series positive voltage regulators. It has a storage temperature ranging from -65°C to +150°C and its available in TO-220 package.
The MC78M positive linear voltage regulator is identical to the popular MC7800 Series devices, except it is specified for only half the output current. Like the MC7800 device, the MC78M00 three-terminal regulators are intended for local, on-card voltage regulation.
