The MIC706SMY TR is a MIC706 Series of 2.93 V 140 ms Surface Mount μP Supervisory Circuit and its available in SOIC-8 package .
The MIC706 are inexpensive mircoprocessor supervisory circuit that monitors power supplies in microprocessor based systems. The circuit functions include a watchdog timer, microprocessor reset, backup battery switchover, power failure warning and a debounced manual reset input.
