The DF01S-T is a surface mount glass passivated bridge rectifier. The DF01S-T is ideal for automated placement, designed for surface mount application and has a high surge current capability. Typical applications include General purpose use in ac-to-dc bridge full wave rectification for SMPS, lighting ballaster, adapter, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.

The DF01S-T works with a peak forward current of 50 A (Amps), a repetitive reverse voltage of 50 V to 1000 V, and operates under temperature range of -65 C to 150 C. DF01S-T comes in case style DFS. Available in Reels - See Related Products.
