The NC7S00M5X is a Part of NC7S00 Series 2 V to 6 V High Speed 2-Input CMOS NAND Gate. Its Comes in a Package of SOT23-5 and Operating Temperature ranges from -40 to 85 °C.
Advanced Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication assures high speed and low power circuit operation over a broad VCC range. ESD protection diodes inherently guard both inputs and output with respect to the VCC and GND
rails.
