Our teams are now operating remotely, providing seamless business continuity to our partners and ensuring security of supply, worldwide. In this regard:

• Communication
  Our teams can be reached as usual by email, telephone, video conference and multiple additional means of communication.


• Safety Measures
  We have implemented safety measures in our distribution centers to keep our people healthy and safe. Contingency plans are in place in the event that we need to immediately shift order fulfillment between facilities. All our distribution centers continue to operate at their full capacity.


• Logistics
  Our logistics teams are in constant communication with both our inbound and outbound carriers to ensure that we have guaranteed capacity and routings to meet our requirements and needs.


• Bonded Inventory Programs
  Our Bonded Inventory programs remain in place and provide an additional level of assured security of supply for our program customers. Our teams are working extra hours and weekends as required to ensure that we provide the highest level of service to our valued customers.


• Shelter-in-Place Areas
  Should you have shipping locations in designated shelter-in-place areas, we now require confirmation that you will be able to receive deliveries. Your salesperson will assist you in this regard.

Above all, we continue to provide you with access to the highest level of Available-to-Sell Inventory in the industry.
