The VNQ860SPTR-E is a quad channel high side driver, available in POWERSO-10 package.

This devices is made by using STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended for driving any kind of load with one side connected to ground. The active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protect the device against overload.
