The LD39150DT33-R is a ultra low drop BiCMOS voltage regulator with an output voltage of 3.3 V and an output current up to 1.5 A. It is available in surface mount TO-252-3 package.

This device is developed on a BiCMOS process which allows low quiescent current operation independently of output load current and is suitable for low voltage microprocessor and memory applications.
