Cost-effective, low-power MCUs for simple and reliable embedded designs
The RA0E3 microcontrollers from Renesas are designed to deliver efficient, dependable performance for entry-level applications. Built on the Arm Cortex-M23 core, the RA0E3 series provides a streamlined architecture that reduces system complexity while helping lower overall BOM cost.
With ultra-low power consumption and a compact feature set, these MCUs are ideal for designs that require simplicity without sacrificing reliability.
The RA0E3 offers 16KB of flash memory and 2KB of SRAM, providing sufficient resources for compact embedded systems. Its wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V supports flexible power designs, while robust operation from -40°C to 125°C ensures reliability across demanding environments.
This combination makes the RA0E3 a strong fit for consumer, industrial, and IoT applications.
The RA0E3 simplifies development with best-in-class HAL drivers and strong ecosystem support, enabling faster time to market. Its integrated peripherals reduce the need for external components, helping designers minimize footprint and overall system cost.
The device architecture is optimized for ease of use, making it suitable for both new designs and cost-down migrations.
Designed for durability and consistency, the RA0E3 operates across a wide temperature range and maintains stable performance in varying conditions. Its balance of performance, efficiency, and integration makes it a dependable solution for everyday embedded control tasks.
