Description and Reason for Change:We would like to inform you that the lead times for some of our evaluation kits are currently longer than usual due to a missing component from our cable manufacturer. This temporary supply issue is impacting our ability to fulfill orders at the expected pace. The first shipment of the affected kits is scheduled for CW33 (August 11th-15th, 2025), and from that point onward, we expect lead times to return to normal.
We are writing to inform you about an update regarding our minimum order quantities (MOQs) for three specific products: SEN50-SDN-T, SEN54-SDN-T, SEN55-SDN-T.Please note that the MOQs for SEN50-SDN-T, SEN54-SDN-T, SEN55-SDN-T have been adjusted to 270 units. We kindly remind you that all new purchase orders placed after 01/06/2024 date will need to meet the MOQ requirements or multiples.This change, as the previous for some liquid flow products, aims to optimize our mutual operational processes and ensure efficient handling throughout our collective supply chains. Introduction of an additional fan supplier for SEN5x Change Description: The SEN5x modules integrate a fan to generate air flow. This allows the environment airborne particles to enter in the sensor and be measured. In order to improve the supply chain reliability, we are introducing a new additional supplier for the fan. The introduction of the new supplier has no influence on form, fit, function or reliability of the product. SEN5x module with the new component has been fully qualified. No change in specifications and datasheet. Firmware has been updated to version 2.1
