Features and Applications

The CA3140EZ is a 4.5 MHz, BiMOS operational amplifier with MOSFET input/bipolar output. It is available in 8 pin PDIP package.

This device features gate protected MOSFET (PMOS) transistors in the input circuit to provide very high input impedance, very low input current, and high speed performance. It combine the advantages of high voltage PMOS transistors with high voltage bipolar transistors on a single monolithic chip and operate at supply voltage from 4 V to 36 V.
