Microchip | TC4451VMF

The TC4451VMF is a part of TC4451 Series MosFet/IGBT Drivers. It can sustain a operating temperature ranging from -40°C to 125°C, it is available in  DFN-8 package.

The TC4451/52 are single-output MOSFET Drivers, which are high-current buffer/drivers capable of driving large MOSFETs and Insulated Gate Bipolar Transisitors (IGBT). Their high drive current of over 12A is capable of driving some of largest power transistors in use today.
