Re: Declaration of Force Majeure We are writing to notify you of a significant interruption in our supply of soldering paste due to a fire at Indium Corporation’s plant in Suzhou, China. Indium is a significant supplier of Pb92.5Sn5Ag2.5 soldering paste to Littelfuse. The loss of supply of paste from Indium (the “Constraints”) has caused and will continue to cause unforeseeable delays in delivery certain overvoltage suppressor products, which are identified on the attached SPCN document (the “Constrained Products”).Littelfuse is and has been diligent in exercising all reasonable efforts to deliver customer shipments on time. We have been actively working with Indium to determine when supply of the impacted paste may be resumed though there is a great deal of uncertainty as to when their factory may become operational againThe Constraints threaten on-time delivery of existing orders for the Constrained Products. Despite our diligent efforts, the severity and duration of the Constraints and lack of information on when they may be resolved have frustrated the fundamental purpose of Littelfuse’s orders and rendered Littelfuse’s full, timely performance of its orders impossible and commercially impracticable. Additionally, the Constraints, individually and in combination, constitute a Force Majeure under all applicable orders for the Constrained Products and agreements between Littelfuse and its customers.The existence of an impossibility, impracticability, and/or Force Majeure is temporary. It does not mean that Littelfuse will be unable to deliver any product at all, nor does it mean that Littelfuse intends not to fulfill its orders. Rather, it means that our ability to meet all scheduled delivery dates will be restricted for so long as the situation persists. Our supply chain teams are working diligently to mitigate the impact to your business by identifying alternative suppliers or sources of the impacted soldering paste, and we are committed to providing as much communication and information regarding delivery schedules as reasonably possible under the circumstances.

At present, 5? wafer is used for SZxx TVS AUTO, and some raw materials of SZxx TVS AUTO are sole source without alternative.In order to support fast-growing demand and secure continuity of supply for our customers, meanwhile to implement Business Continuous Plan(BCP), Littelfuse would like to inform you this Pre-PCN regarding the coming changes for below listed SZxx series of TVS AUTO products.Final PCN will be provided by middle of 2024 with detailed qualification report.
