TO-220AB non-isolated On Portfolio Thyristor Wafer Manufacture Site Transfer Littelfuse would like to notify you that we will change the wafer location of TO-220AB non-isolated On Portfolio Thyristor products from external foundry to internal Littelfuse Wuxi Fab. The purpose of this change is to better utilize Wuxi Fab existing capability and provide better performance and quality product to all our valued customer. Form, fit, function changes: No Fit/Form change. Turn-on/Turn-off time slightly changed due to larger die size utilized, which benefit ITSM performance. Effective date: Sep 17th, 2020

Accordingly, MOQ will be changed from 500pcs to 1000pcs, to align with the Tube packing quantity change as well.

Thyristor products acquired from ON Semiconductor in package of SOT23, SOT223, TO-225AA (case 77), TO-251, TO-252, TO-220 Isolated and TO-220AB. Some part numbers in TO-251, TO-252 and TO-225AA (case 77) are not covered by this report.

Manufacture Location Transfer and Obsolete for Acquired ON Semiconductor Thyristor This is to announce the manufacture location transfer for acquired ON Semiconductor thyristor. This transfer will cover majority of acquired ON Semiconductor thyristor part numbers except 4 part numbers will be obsoleted instead. Littelfuse decided to obsolete 4 part numbers in acquired TO220 isolated series as stated. - Discontinuation to be processed on Future Electronics PCN 57352
Future Electronics is withdrawing the previously issued PCN56563. An error was made in the part list originally communicated. We apologize for the inconvenience.This Littelfuse PCN is only for the acquired ON Semiconductor Commercial TVS Diodes.Automotive Grade TVS Diodes (part numbers starting with �SZ�), Thyristors, and Ignition IGBTs are not affected by this PCN. A new PCN record will be issued to replace Future Electronics PCN 56563. Affected Customers will be notified.Thank you
