Littelfuse | SMBJ400A

The SMBJ400A is a part SMBJ series TVS diode. It has a storage temperature ranging from -65°C to +150°C and its available in DO-214AA package.

The SMBJ series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients
induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
