The KSC Series offers a momentary action with a Normally Open Single Pole Single Throw (SPST, NO) contact arrangement available in various reel and box sixes.  Depending on the application, this series is suited to both the double wave and infrared reflow soldering processes. With terminals being silver or gold plated over a nickel barrier, the use of slightly activated flux is suitable.

The KSC421J70SHLFS offers a Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) Normally Open (NO) switch operation with a momentary function.  This J bend surface mount tactile switch has silver over nickel terminals (LFS).  It operates with a minimum of 125 grams (1.25 N) and a maximum of 212 grams (2.12N) using a soft 5.2mm actuator.  Life expectancy is approximately 300,000 operations.
