Description of Change:The Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is making a change to migrate our integrated resistor connectors to the stamped and formed type contacts of the DT product family for the part number listed. Reason for Change:The change is necessary to standardize our integrated resistor portfolio into the stamped and formed contact design.

These PNs are customer restricted designs and require customer approval before shipment. Please provide us with your immediate approval to prevent shipment delays. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved.Reason for Changes: Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. This change is necessary for TE supplier consolidation. The change will not impact connector performance. General Description of Changes: The Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is standardizing the DT integrated resistor receptacle housings and caps to snap geometry (without latch protection for the PE01 mod). This change ensures a cohesive product with consistent aesthetics across the product line as their housings and caps will migrate from our ultrasonic welding geometry to our snap geometry for the part number(s) listed below. This geometry migration will result in an increase of 0.064 inches on the 3P plugs and receptacles, the 2P receptacles will keep their dimensions. The color of the cap change to black can be referenced through PCN-23-192205. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved. Product Description: DEUTSCH DT series Plug and Receptacle short cap and long cap change to black General Description of ChangesAs part of our ongoing efforts to reduce carbon footprint, the Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is standardizing the weld cap color of the Deutsch DT connectors to black (affected part numbers listed below). The standardized black weld caps will seamlessly integrate with the developing design features when new DT colors are added to our connector portfolio. This ensures a cohesive product with consistent aesthetics across the product line. These PNs are TE proprietary designs and, therefore, considered catalog/general market products. Level 4 PPAP requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will only occur with a request. Because all of the components are currently used in production, no samples are planned to be supplied because the change is entirely cosmetic, as a result, level 4 PPAP (PSW only) will be provided when requested, and disposition response is required within 14 days of the submit date or it will be considered approved. Product drawing(s) are affected.Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, we are standardizing the color of the weld caps to black across our entire DT connector portfolio. The update is being implemented gradually, and earlier revisions can remain stocked until use. Shipments of both configurations may be mixed.
