General Product Description:PCN_A_01_OthersPCN Type: Manufacturing Location ChangeDescription of ChangesThis product Change Notification (PCN) is to inform about Manufacturing Location Change impacting PNs listed in the PCN, from TE Speyer to TE Woert, according to VDA trigger matrix no. 29 and AIAG section 3.1 item 4. The change has no impact to form-fit function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. Internal release process is ensured by TE, including product validation as per OEM/CAM requirements (when applicable). Validation will be initiated and completed according to project plan, as soon as samples are available. PPAP/ PPA and samples will be prepared (as per agreements between the two parties). A request via www.te.com needs to be initiated by Customer in 2 weeks after the creation date of this PCN. In case no request is obtained till above mentioned date, PPAP/ PPA will be considered as approved, and the change is considered as fully released. Reason for Changes:As a result of a thorough analysis of demand picture, matching our customer needs, we are going to optimize value stream of PNs in scope of this PCN. General Product Description:Suzhou plant new duplication tooling 11-1990698 for Tab1.2 2141114-1 & 2141114-3&2141116-1&2141116-3Description of ChangesFor China local customer requirement MCON tab1.2, the new duplication production tool(11-1990698) in TE Suzhou plant for production to support only AP market. For this new duplication production tool, it will shorten the L/T of delivery time and offer good service for AP market. Suzhou plant production capability increase.Reason for Changes:Customer Request.we would like to inform you with this PCN about introducing a new duplication production tool at our TE manufacturing location in Suzhou. China. The evaluation of new tool is executed by following A strict procedure. Which guarantees no negative influence on quality , ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products. An internal release based on our specifications will be executed before any parts will be delivered, which guarantees the performance. Upon request, a PPAP Level 2 will be available if it concerns a transfer of a tool which produces a finished TE-product. A PPAP Level 1 will be available if it concerns a component of a TE-product, where the production location of the finished TE-product remains unchanged. Description of Changes: This product change notification (PCN) is to inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. Change was already communicated via P-23-024531 but new PCN informs about postponed activation date: As of February 20, 2024 we will increase the delivery unit & the min. order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN.
