Following Part Numbers will be transferred from to Reason for Changes:TE hereby inform you about a transfer of tools and/or processes. The transfer follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fi t-function of the concerned products. The new manufacturing location operates under a certified quality management system in accordance with standard automotive requirements. A TE-internal release test based on the relevant part specifications will be executed before delivery. Upon request, a PPAP Level 2 will be available if it concerns a transfer of a tool which produces a finished TE-product. A PPAP Level 1 will be available if it concerns a component of a TE-product, where the production location of the finished TE-product remains unchanged. General Product Description:PCN_A_01_OthersDescription of ChangesThis Product Change Notification (PCN) is to inform about a manufacturing location change from TE Kurim to TE Morocco, for listed Part Numbers, according to VDA Trigger Matrix No. 29 and AIAG section 3.1, item 4. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. Internal release process is ensured by TE, including product validation as per OEM/CAM requirements (where applicable). Validation will be initiated and completed according to project plan, as soon as samples are available. PPAP will be prepared (as per agreements between the two parties, including the negotiated TE trigger matrix), a request via ePPAP(via www.te.com or request to TE Sales representative) needs to be initiated by Customer 4 weeks prior to implementation date. In case no request is obtained till above mentioned date, PPAP will be considered as approved, and the change is considered as fully released.Reason for Changes:As a result of a thorough analysis of demand picture, matching our customer needs, we are going to optimize value stream of PNs in scope of this PCN.
