The 74VHCT74AMTCX is an Advanced high speed CMOS dual D-Type Flip-Flop, fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. Available in TSSOP-14 package.

This device can be used to interface 3 V to 5 V systems and two supply systems such as battery back up. This circuit prevents device destruction due to mismatched supply and input voltages.
