Upon the conclusion of the 2022 calendar year, we would like to take a moment to update you on the current status of TDK?s Ceramic Capacitor business and what we are doing to prepare for 2023 and beyond.TDK continues to see an overwhelming global demand increase of ceramic capacitors fueled by multiple market segments. In an attempt to reduce our backlog and lead times to something more manageable, TDK is implementing the following simultaneous actions which are critical to the stabilization of our supply chain:1. New / additional equipment at existing factories2. Expanding diversity of output at all facilities to support key bottleneck parts3. Construction of new MLCC manufacturing plant with estimated completion date of Q1 2024
