The DG412DYZ is a monolithic CMOS analog switch with four independent single pole throw (SPST) function, TTL and CMOS compatible digital inputs. Available in 16 pin SOIC package.

This device feature lower analog ON-resistance (<35Ω) and faster switch time (tON<175 ns) compared to the DG211 or DG212. The charge injection has been reduced, simplifying sample and hold applications.
