The MCP40D19T-103E/LT is a part of MCP40D19 Series Digital Potentiometers. It can sustain a standard temperature ranging from -40°C to +125°C. It is available in SC-70-5 package.

The MCP40D19 devices offer a wide range of product offerings using an I2C™Compatible interface. It support a 7-bit resistor network, volatile memory configuration, and potentiometer and rheostat pinouts.
