Microchip | MIC4128YMME

The MIC4128YMME is a dual output low side MOSFET driver with inverting and non-inverting configuration, available in surface mount MSOP-8 package.

This device feature low power consumption and high efficiency and is suitable for driving other loads (capacitive, resistive, or inductive) which require low-impedance, high peak current, and fast switching time.
