Description, Purpose and Effect of Change: DUAL SOURCING Semtech has qualified Greatek in Taiwan as a second assembly source for the affected part numbers listed on the following page. This change applies to 16MLPQ 4x4mm and 32MLPQ 5x5mm packages, currently assembled by UNSIEM(M) in Malaysia. Please see attached for comparisons on process flow, material, and equipment. Test platform and test programs are unchanged.
