The MCP1754ST-1802E/CB is a 150 mA, 3 to 16 Vin High Performance Low Dropout (LDO)Regulator, available in SOT-23A-3 package.

The input operating range is specified from 3.6V to 16.0V, making it an ideal choice for four to six primary cell battery-powered applications, 12V mobile applications and one- to  three-cell Li-Ionpowered applications
