The MCP1801T-1802I/OT is a 150 mA 1.8 V High PSRR, Low Quiescent Current and Low Dropout (LDO)Regulator, available in SOT-23-5 package.

The device input operating range is specified from 2.0 V to 10.0 V, making it an ideal choice for two to six primary cell battery-powered applications, 9 V alkaline and one or two cell Li-Ion-powered applications.
