The MIC5236-3.3YMM TR is an ultra low quiescent current µCap low-dropout regulator, available in surface mount MSOP-8 package.
This device is ideal for supplying keep-alive power in systems with high-voltage batteries and it features a logic compatible enable input and an undervoltage error flag indicator, thermal shutdown, current-limit, overvoltage shutdown, reverse battery protection.
