The MIC5376-2.8YC5 TR is a part of MIC5375 Series 5.5 V 150 mA advanced general purpose linear regulator offering low dropout in an ultra small package.

The MIC5375/6 provides fixed output voltage in a 1mm x 1mm Thin MLF® package while the MIC5377/8 provides adjustable output voltage in a 1.2mm x 1.2mm Thin MLF® package.
