The 1N5400 thru 1N5408 series of low leakage current, general purpose plastic rectifiers is offered in the DO-201AD package. The 1N5400 thru 1N5408 series can be used for general purpose rectification of power supplies, inverters, converters and freewheeling diodes applications.
The 1M5406-E3/51 is a lead free, RoHs compliant general purpose plastic rectifier with a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 600 V and a Maximum RMS voltage of 420 V. The 1M5406-E3/51 also has a Maximum DC blocking voltage of 600 V and a Maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 1.2 V.Pricing Section
